Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and consistent operation of the offshore windfarm and related assets on a day-to-day basis. You will lead by example and promote an inclusive safety culture in all phases of (contractor) maintenance works. In the control room, you will manage process parameters, take initial action in case of alarms and follow up on corrective maintenance actions.

You offer support, advice and guidance to employees and management within various HR domains.

You will support the business in building a strong company culture.

You identify the needs in terms of HR and take an active role in coaching and monitoring the operational excellence.

You actively think about the design and improvement of current HR processes and initiate various strategic projects (development, recruitment, performance, rewarding …).

You proactively inform employees about personnel matters and offer a clear answer to their career questions.

You will design and implement the recruitment plan. You conduct the interviews and ensure a fluent on-boarding process.

You keep your helicopter view on HR and ensure a continued alignment with the organizational needs as well with the Belgian HR legislation.

You keep your own expertise up to date by following relevant HR trends.
